The creators are willing to assist with questions before purchase, but once it comes to actual support, it is largely absent. The portal itself is configured very poorly, as players are able to walk straight through the item because it is not solid. When we raised this with support, we were told that it is possible to build underneath the portal or inside the item, however this is not the case. We also requested information on how to forcibly open or close the portal. In response, the creators directed us to the documentation included with the purchase, but this documentation does not contain any information related to our request. Additionally, we reported an issue with their RTP coordinate settings not functioning correctly, and they were unable to provide a solution.
